PAX 2009 Gallery 1 – ClaMo Edition

Posted on 15 September 2009 by ClassicMoments

PAX 2009 is long, two-freakin’-weeks, gone. We’re already excited for next year!

So to honor our eagerness in participation and our sweat-smelling beautiful memories, ClaMo aka ClassicMoments (that’s me!), gathered up some pictures that I took during PAX 2009.

Dragon Nest by Nexon

As you can probably tell from our forums and previews, out of all the previews at Nexon’s booth, we were most impressed with Dungeon Fighter Online. And it’s safe to say that DFO keeps on impressing us; after we tried the Early Access Beta, we like the game. But that’s not the only game that I was interested in. I personally had my eyes on Dragon Nest as well. At first glance, I thought the characters looked a bit kiddy. But then I looked again, and the design showed that it wasn’t designed for kids at all.

With such a low PC system requirement and free-to-play system, it’ll be available to basically anyone who has some free time and a PC/Laptop with a decent Pentium 4 processor or higher. We’ll tell you guys more about it as soon as we hear from Nexon. This game is very interactive with the environments so make sure to check out the trailer.

Mana Potions for gamers

What’s a gamer without any caffeine in ‘em? Not much, we say.
Not that gamers need a caffeine high, but sometimes you just gotta drink it ’til you beat ‘em.  And many companies are after the gamers in need for caffeine.

One of them was the Mana Energy Potion – http://manapotions.com

They sure did a good job designing the bottles and choosing the colors.  But the real kicker here was of course, the potion itself. We asked one of our editors, Spencer, to try some. We always make him do stuff before anyone else because he’s just that cool.

That small bottle contains about two 8-ounce Red Bulls. Amazing.  No sugar and no aftercrash, maybe this can be our official drink at the GamersRoute.com sweatshop office.

Our PAX 2009 coverage team

Speaking of our staff, we would never have been able to cover PAX 2009 without them. Thank you so much, guys!
