Apple bans Commodore 64 emulator for the iPhone

Apple officially rejected a fully-licensed Commodore 64 emulator.

Why?
It violates the iPhone SDK Agreement 3.3.2, Apple says.
Weird, because as far as we know, Apple’s App store carries similar softwares.

DJ Atomica, the (some would say) annoying announcer in Burnout Paradise, is the same guy who provided the commentary for SSX 3. In Paradise, he makes reference to SSX several times, suggesting it's supposed to be the same character.
