Here it is! Capcom announces more games for the Nintendo 3DS line up! We have news of a Mega Man Legends 3 project, as well as Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D.

At the Nintendo Conference 2010 held in Japan yesterday, Capcom announced that they will be taking the request of fans as they begin development on the Mega Man Legends project. They also announced that more information will be released at next month’s New York Comic-Con.

Now this one is VERY exciting! Capcom is introducing another RE game to the 3DS! I’ve been a serious fan of the Mercenaries and Mercenaries Reunion on RE5 and it’s been a staple in my gaming diet. Now, Capcom will be releasing Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D! This game basically takes the mercenaries modes of both RE4 and RE5, and made a game out of it! Of course, there will be many returning characters, and worldwide co-op capabilities via the 3DS’ WiFi connectivity. We’ve got some preliminary screenshots from RE: The Mercenaries 3D below.
