New screenshots from Final Fight: Double Impact

I love it that there are so many old school games available for download for both the PS3 and the Xbox 360. And we have yet another one to add to the list from Capcom, this time a double feature: Final Fight and Magic Sword.

I still remember. Magic Sword was the first Super Famicon (Japanese SNES) game that I owned. It was great. I still pick it  from time to time, and it’s great to see it come back to us on the newest consoles. And of course, Final Fight, at least for me, is THE original beatem’ up. And I must confess, to this day, I still haven’t beaten this game yet. Perhaps this is a sign from the powers that be to finally conquer this quest!

Final Fight Double Impact also has some new features, such as online multiplayer, both for Final Fight and Magic Sword. We’ve all seen the two player Final Fight, but I’m excited to see experience the two-player Magic Sword. The game also features several graphics options, allowing you side-scroll in smooth, crisp HD, or in all of the old-school glroy. Anyhoo, enough babbling, here are the shots. Final Fight: Double Impact will be available on April 14th on Xbox LIVE and APril 15th on the PSN.
