Mega Man 10 launches in March

Posted on 02 March 2010 by GillRider

Starting with Mega Man 9, Capcom decided to take it back to the old school 8-bit robot in blue. And now, we have the tenth installment in one of Capcom’s longest and most loved franchise.

And because Mega Man 10 is all old school, there’s not much we need to explain. It’s got all of the classic gameplay mechanics, down to the eight bosses named whatever-man.

Of course, there are some new features as well. Possibly the coolest feature is the ability to play as the mysterious Proto Man from the start. Capcom has also included an “Easy Mode,” for those new to the series, as well as “Mega Man Challenges,” where you can practice and test your mad side-scrolling skills.

Mega Man 10 is available on WiiWare service now. It will be available on the PSN next week, March 11th, and on Xbox LIVE on March 31st.
