The hype and tension is coming to a climax as we approach February 9, 2010; the launch date for one of the most eagerly awaited titles of 2010. There has been a lot going on in relation to this release.

Last night, on February 2, 2010, NBC aired a 3 minute 15 second trailer of BioShcok 2 during the first commercial break of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. For those of you who missed the trailer, you can check it out on our main page, or right here.

And to satisfy eagerly waiting BioShock fans, over 2,500 Gamestop and Best Buy branches will be having a special late nightopening as the clock strikes midnight on February 9, 2010. Furthermore, for those who pre-order BioShock 2, it will come with 2 bonus characters; Blanhe the Actress and Zigo the Fisherman to be used in the multiplayer mode. I’d imagine we might be seeing quite a few sleepy friends/co-workers come morning of the 9th, or perhaps a few sick calls as well.
