Map My Mind for iPhone/iPod

Posted on 22 December 2009 by GillRider

Trivia is awesome! Some hardcore gamers may scoff at me, but I love games like Scene It? and Buzz. And now, we have one available for the iPhone/iPod: Map My Mind.

Map My Mind, a trivia game, is now available through the App Store. Map My Mind, or MMM, provides sense of progression not only with points, but with a map that you can travel across. By answering trivia questions right, new pathways open up, allowing you to explore more of the map. This in turn will give you more points at the end. There are a total of 15 maps to explore, each with a different subject, such as History, Sports, Science, etc.

This game also reminded me a little of Who Wants to be a Millionaire? because of its various options available, like the Lifeline, or reducing the choices down to two choices.

And finally, this game also supports leaderborads, allowing you to compare your trivia skills with other around the world. Sweet!

The only problem with trivia games is that after so many run throughs, the questions get old, and you begin to memorize the answers. Now if they featured periodic updates, or renewable content available for download, this game would be awesome..er! Map My Mind can be purchased here.
